Main A4260 closed on Monday morning

Emergency services were called just before 6.30am
The main Banbury to Oxford road was closed for much of Monday morning due to a serious accident. No access was allowed to the A4260 between Hopcrofts Holt and the turns to Kirtlington and Wootton.
The emergency services were called just before 6.30am. A crew from Charlbury Fire Station attended, alongside the ambulance service and police.
The road remained closed for around three hours, but has now reopened.
