A 20-year-old man has been arrested following a number of incidents involving a motorbike being ridden in a dangerous manner around the Bretch Hill estate in Banbury.
The rider of the orange motorbike had also been verbally abusing members of the public.
Thames Valley Police announced the arrest of the man on Saturday afternoon following what they described as regular incidents in the area.
They requested that anyone with information contact them on 101, or make a report anonymously by contacting Crimestoppers.
