Man arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following Bretch Hill death

A woman was found deceased on Friday afternoon
An investigation is underway after a woman was found dead at a property in the Bretch Hill area of Banbury. Police were called to the address on Withycombe Drive on Friday afternoon (March 24) at 2.35pm.
A man from Banbury was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder. He has since been released on police bail whilst officers continue to investigate the circumstances of the woman’s death.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “This is believed to be an isolated incident and there is no wider risk to the public.”
