Man exposes himself in Spiceball Park

The incident happened at tea-time last Saturday
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses after a man indecently exposed himself to members of the public in Banbury’s Spiceball Park last Saturday tea-time (March 19). It happened at around 5.15pm in a woodland area in the park.
The man is described as being slightly-tanned and white, aged in his late twenties to early thirties, 6 foot tall, of slim build with short, dark hair. He was wearing a white, zip-up Adidas jacket and black jogging bottoms and was carrying a red rucksack on his back with black stripes on it.
Investigating officer, PC Gemma Galloway, based at Banbury police station, said: “I am appealing for anyone with information about this incident to please get in touch.
“To do so, call 101 or make a report on our website, quoting reference 43220122562.
“Alternatively, call the independent charity, Crimestoppers, anonymously on 0800 111 555 or visit its website.”
