Police launch witness appeal after Sunday afternoon incident on footpath between The Magnolias and Hart Close
Police are hunting for a man who exposed himself to a young girl on the Hardwick Estate in Banbury last Sunday (September 12th). The man had stopped the girl to ask for help with directions.
The incident took place when the victim was approached by the man on a footpath between The Magnolias and Hart Close between 4 and 4.10pm. The man asked the young girl for directions to the nearest Post Office.
