Motorbike seized in Banbury High Street

The driver had no insurance
Police seized a motorbike in Banbury town centre on Monday evening after it was found to have no insurance.
Officers spotted the vehicle, complete with learner plates, close to White Lion Walk at the top of the High Street.
After impounding the bike the driver was reported to court.
