Nominate hospital staff who have provided outstanding care

The Patients’ Choice Award has been running since 2016
Anyone who has used the Horton General Hospital in the last year, or other Oxford University Hospital Trust sites, is being invited to nominate a member of staff or a team who’ve gone the extra mile to provide outstanding care.
The Trust’s 2025 Patients’ Choice Awards offer a chance to say a special “thank you” to the staff we feel have made a real difference during any time spent in hospital.
Nominations can be submitted until February 16.
The Patients’ Choice Award was established in 2016 to celebrate the inspiring and innovative work that staff do across the Trust every day to improve the lives of patients and service users.
