Paragliders to fill the skies this weekend

The Paramotor Club are making a return visit to the area

The skies above north Oxfordshire will be filled with paragliders this weekend.

Members of the Paramotor club are holding an event at a farm in Adderbury from today until Sunday. The event will raise funds for the Lets Play Project.

The club first visited the site in July last year with paragliders seen flying over Banbury and the surrounding villages.

The organisers say spectators are welcome to visit and watch. They can be found at Kemps Farm in Twyford.

From the 1980s we select songs that were around in the era of the first CD players and home computers, the iron lady, the first episode of The Simpsons and the Live Aid concerts. From the 1990s the music will evoke memories of Cool Brittania, Girl Power, Britpop and big puffa jackets. You'll be singing along with your favourite music from four brilliant decades all evening long!
