Police investigate as video shows group damaging cars in Banbury

Vehicles in the Warwick Road and Ruscote Avenue areas were targeted
A number of Banbury car owners woke to discover damage to their cars on Easter Saturday morning (March 30). Shortly afterwards video began circulating online of the group responsible for committing the crimes.
One video was posted with the message “5.30 this morning, 4 cars had there wing mirrors kick[ed] and broken.”
Thames Valley Police is now asking for anyone with footage to contact them directly so they can identify those involved.
The suspects indiscriminately damaged a number of cars around the area of Warwick Road and Ruscote Avenue. As well as some of the vehicles having their wing mirrors kicked off, damage also occurred as items were thrown at passing cars.
