Police are investigating an incident at Costa on the Banbury Gateway retail park yesterday morning (December 16).
It happened between 10.35 and 11.20am at the coffee outlet, which is inside the Next store.
Officers are specifically seeking a male who challenged a customer’s behaviour. They say they would like to speak to this individual as their information will assist in the investigation.
