Prolific teenage shoplifter banned from a number of shops

A 16 year old boy, who was regularly reported as stealing from a shop in Banbury town centre, has been banned from entering a number of businesses.
The teenager – described as a “prolific shoplifter” by Thames Valley Police – was arrested by Police Specials and members of the Neighbourhood Team this morning.
Following the latest report he was located and taken to Banbury Police Station, where he was dealt with for the offences and a banning order was put in place.
