Snow likely when Storm Goretti arrives

Yellow weather warnings have been issued

The cold weather is set to continue for the next few days with Banbury and Brackley likely to see more snow before the weekend.

After a slightly milder day today with temperatures reaching 4 Celsius we’re due to see a band of rain moving across the area from this evening.

With temperatures set to plunge again overnight a yellow weather warning for ice has been issued for Wednesday morning.

The Met office has also issued a yellow weather warning for snow from Thursday evening through to Friday as Storm Goretti arrives.
