The driver was pulled over for speeding on Cherwell Street

A driver who was spotted speeding in Banbury has been arrested after testing positive for drugs. The vehicle he was driving was seen on Cherwell Street.

Officers from Thames Valley Police’s Road Policing Unit pulled over the driver after he had been seen exceeding the speed limit during the night last night. He then provided a positive drugs wipe for cannabis.
