Crack cocaine involved in drugs related arrests by the force’s tasking team
Three drugs related arrests were made in two separate incidents in Banbury on Thursday.
A 41-year-old man from Christchurch Court was arrested by the force’s Tasking Team on suspicion of being in possession of crack cocaine. The man was interviewed and later released under investigation.
Separately a proactive stop and search in the Broughton Road led to two more arrests and the recovery of multiple street deals of crack cocaine. A 21-year-old man from Birmingham and a 23-year-old man of no fixed abode were taken in on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A Drugs. They have subsequently been charged and detained in custody for court.
