Tickets on sale for Puritans FA Cup game at 6pm tonight
27/10/2021
Details of arrangements for potentially historic game announced
2,400 people will be allowed in the crowd to watch Banbury United’s FA Cup First Round game against Barrow. A win would see Andy Whing’s team progress to the club’s best ever performance in the competition.
Tickets go on sale at 6pm tonight.
The match, which takes place at 5.15pm on Saturday November 6, will also be shown on ITV4.
Following discussions with the statutory bodies it has been agreed that the teams will be segregated. Barrow have been allocated 360 of the available tickets and will have a section of the main stand, the standing area to the right of the stand and a section of the Town End terrace in that corner. Their supporters will enter and leave using the Town End turnstiles.
Banbury supporters will be required to enter via Clubhouse End turnstiles.
Online ticket sales will initially be limited to two per person with priority given to those who have booked match tickets previously. The priority window closes at 6pm on Friday when any remaining tickets will go on general sale.
