Two teens – one aged just 14 – arrested on suspicion of drugs offences

Two boys, aged 17 and 14, were arrested in Banbury town centre on Thursday evening on suspicion of drugs offences. The arrests followed a stop search by members of the Banbury Neighbourhood Policing Team.
The 17-year-old, who’s from the town, was taken into custody on suspicion of drug supply offences. He was also found to be in possession of a bladed article.
The 14-year-old male is also from Banbury. He was arrested on suspicion of drug offences and for obstructing a drug search.
