US airman at RAF Croughton charged with multiple counts of rape

The offences were committed against a UK female
A United States airman has been charged with multiple counts of rape against a woman at RAF Croughton.
21-year-old Lee Bogstad is accused of three counts of raping the woman- who’s a UK citizen – at the airbase. The offences happened between November 2020 and February 2021.
Northamptonshire Police led the investigation with the full co-operation of the US Air Force.
Bogstad is due to appear before Northampton Magistrates Court on June 29.
