A child not being correctly belted in the back seat of a car led to a driver facing a number of offences and having their car seized.
As the vehicle drove through Banbury the youngster was watching a police motorcycle by standing on the car’s back seat and peering through the rear window.
Police pulled over the car as it passed Horsefair. A check revealed that, in addition to the initial offence, the driver also had no licence, insurance or tax.
The vehicle was seized and the driver has been reported to court.
