Thames Valley Police’s Tasking Team made an arrest on Thursday evening
A number of illegal weapons have been seized from the home of a suspected Banbury drug dealer. They were found after the 23-year-old male who lives there was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
The arrest was completed on Thursday evening by Thames Valley Police’s Tasking Team, who then completed a search of the man’s property.
Writing online officers said: “we are pleased these items are now in our possession and not a risk of causing harm to anybody”.
Section 46 of the Offensive Weapons Act bans the possession of offensive weapons in a private place.
