Oxford United in the Community and Oxfordshire Mind are behind the weekly get-togethers
The first in a series of free female football activity sessions, complemented by mental health support, begins this evening at Easington Sports Football Club on Addison Road in Banbury. The sessions are being delivered by Oxford United in the Community and Oxfordshire Mind.
The weekly get-togethers will provide a safe and supportive environment for participants and aim to promote positive wellbeing and mental health whilst getting involved with football activity.
The sessions are open to women aged from 16 to 30 and are offered to players of all abilities. They start at 6.30pm and are free to attend.
