Police appeal for public’s help tracking down Banbury man
Thames Valley Police is appealing for our help in locating a missing man. James Rugg, aged 51, from Banbury was last seen at around 10am on Thursday (7th May) in Oxford Road.
James was last seen wearing a black t-shirt, black jeans and a black fleece. He is described as white, approximately 5ft 5ins tall, of slim build, with wavy brown hair and a moustache.
Investigating officer, Sergeant Simon Woodman, based at Bicester police station said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned for James’ welfare and are appealing for the public’s help in locating him.
“I would urge anyone to get in touch if they believe they have seen James, or may know where he is”.
