Collision in Bloxham leaves motorcyclist with serious injuries in hospital

A silver Toyota Rav 4 and a Yamaha R1 motorcycle collided in the village at the junction with Cumberford
An accident on the A361 in Bloxham has left a motorcyclist in hospital with serious injuries. A car and motorcycle were involved in the incident yesterday afternoon (Friday 4th December).
Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses to the collision.
The incident happened on the main road through Bloxham at the junction with Cumberford, just past the petrol service station. At about 3.10pm a collision occurred involving a silver Toyota Rav 4 and a Yamaha R1 motorcycle.
The motorcycle rider, a 40-year-old man, sustained serious injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment where he remains.
No arrests have been made.
Investigating officer, Sergeant Matt Booker, of the Roads Policing Unit, said: “We would like to appeal for anyone who witnessed the collision, or who has any dash-cam footage of the incident to get in touch.

I came upon this accident just after it had happened, I wasn’t able to help but did give My blanket to Make the cyclist more comfortable, I’ve been so worried about him, how is he doing ?
