Bike seized after number of offences on Bloxham Road


Passenger had no helmet and rider no licence or insurance

A motorcyclist had their bike seized by police after being caught breaching a number of laws whilst driving along Banbury’s Bloxham Road yesterday afternoon (April 27).

The motorcycle was spotted by officers with the pillion passenger wearing no helmet.   When the details for the driver were checked they were found to have no licence or insurance.

The pillion passenger was issued with a non-endorsable fixed penalty ticket.

The motorcyclist was reported and the bike was seized.
