Witness appeal after car collides with building and three parked cars

Car exiting Bolton Road car park runs into property and parked vehicles

A car leaving the Bolton Road car park in Banbury collided with a building and three parked vehicles on Sunday afternoon (April 25).  The incident, involving a silver Citroen C4, happened at around 2pm.

No-one was injured during this incident.

Thames Valley Police has charged Seth Okoe, aged 56, of Chatsworth Drive, Banbury with one count of driving while alcohol level above the limit. He has been bailed to appear at court on 26 May.

An appeal has been launched for any witnesses to get in contact.

Investigating officer, PC Dean O’Dell, of the Joint Operations Roads Policing Unit, said: “This happened in the middle of the afternoon on Sunday when there is a good chance that someone will have seen what happened.

“Anyone with information can contact police by calling 101 or making a report online, quoting reference 43210175121.

“If you have any dash-cam or CCTV footage you can submit it via our online portal.

“Alternatively, if you wish to remain anonymous, you can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 or via their website.”
