Appeal to identify Bankside Park distressed female

She was seen in the park at around 9.30pm
Local police officers are trying to identify a young female who appeared upset as she walked around the area of Bankside Park in Banbury last night (Friday December 30). The female was seen crying and her back was covered in mud.
She was spotted at around 9.30pm and is described as having dark hair worn down, baggy jeans and a black hoodie.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “If anyone thinks they saw this female at the time or know who she might be, please call Thames Valley Police on 101 quoting reference INC-20221230-1933.”
