Armed Forces Day will be marked at two events in our area tomorrow.

From 10am in Banbury military and blue light service displays will be set up in the Market Place and there’ll be a chance to explore the Cold War era bunker at Banbury Town Hall.

A military parade will begin at midday, marching up Parson’s Street, past St Mary’s to the Cross and down the High Street.

An RAF Lancaster Bomber will perform a flypast at 2.45pm.

In Brackley an event to support the Armed Forces will run from midday at Brackley Rugby Club.   It will feature live music, an assault course and a rifle range, along with a bouncy castle, bar and barbecue.
