Banbury man arrested after motorcyclist seriously injured in A361 collision

The motorcyclist was taken to University Hospital Coventry

A motorcyclist was seriously injured following a collision on the A361 at Chipping Warden yesterday afternoon (May 17).

A grey SEAT Ibiza and a black Suzuki motorcycle were involved in the incident, which happened at around 2.35pm.

The motorcyclist, who’s a man in his 60s, was taken to University Hospital Coventry with serious injuries.

A 21-year-old Banbury man has been arrested on suspicion of causing serious injuries by dangerous driving.

Detectives from Northamptonshire Police’s Serious Collision Investigation Unit would like to hear from anyone who may have been in the area at the time of collision and may have dash-cam footage.
