Police appeal after 14 year old stabbed on Saturday evening
A 14 year old boy was the stabbed in the back and shoulder in the Mace Convenience Store in Banbury’s Broad Street on Saturday evening. The incident happened at around 9.40pm.
The victim became involved in a verbal altercation with a group of men who subsequently assaulted and then stabbed him. He is currently in hospital in a serious but stable condition.
The offenders are described as being a group of Asian men that were all dressed in dark clothing.
The victim stated that he was followed to the shop by a black four door car, which the offenders then used to make off from the scene
