Cheaper tickets to encourage more Puritans support

The club has been tweaking their pricing structure to make attending as affordable as possible

An adult matchday ticket to watch Banbury’s United’s home games this coming season will be cheaper than last season.

The price has been dropped by £1 to £13 for non-members, and by £2 to £11 for members.  The club hopes this will encourage more people to attend matches regularly.

An adult member’s season ticket offers for the season has been priced at £195.   A £10 reduction available on all season ticket sales before July 12, with free entry to all home pre-season friendlies thrown in.   A non-member’s adult season ticket has been priced at £225.

Wayne Farrell, Chairman of Banbury United, said: “We want to attract as many people as possible to enjoy the special atmosphere at Banbury United next season.

“We’ve been forensically analysing matchday income and tweaking pricing with the aim of increasing revenue and delivering value where it matters to as many as possible within our community.

“While there are a few tactical price increases, we’ve tried to give something in return so that casual spectators, members and season ticket holders all benefit.   The £2 reduction in member matchday ticket prices compared to last season is one such benefit.”
