Police warn drinking and driving is not worth the risk
Two people walked away with just minor injuries from what’s been described as a “significant collision” during the early hours of Sunday morning, near Banbury. They were on their way home from a night out.
The driver was arrested after failing a roadside breath test.
No other vehicles were involved.
A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “If you are going out drinking please make sure you arrange a safe means of transport home and do not drive…..it’s not worth the risk!”
