Invitation to join colourful Summer Fest street parade

Banbury town centre will be filled with colour, music, and movement
The lanes of Banbury are set to come alive with the sights and sounds of a colourful street parade this summer.
Banbury BID are organising Summer Fest for Saturday, June 21. They’re looking for individuals, families, schools, businesses, and community groups to create and dress up in vibrant costumes and join in with the parade.
It will be led by the North Oxfordshire Academy Drummers, weaving its way through Banbury town centre, filling the streets with colour, music, and movement, and finishing with entertainment in the Market Place.
Ollie Phipps, Events Lead at Banbury BID, said: “We’re inviting everyone to help turn Banbury into a moving celebration of creativity. This is your chance to dress up, dance, and be part of something magical.
“The NOA Drummers will set the beat, and we’ll end with a party in the Market Place – all we need is you!”
