Local election voting underway

Some results will be announced overnight but the majority won’t be known until Friday
Voting is underway in the Local Elections.
All of the seats at Oxfordshire County and West Northamptonshire councils are being contested.
Polling is also taking place to elect Cherwell District Council councillors for the Banbury Cross and Neithrop ward, Banbury Grimsbury and Hightown ward, and Deddington.
In addition some seats on Brackley Town Council and places on a number of parish councils are being contested.
Polling stations are open until 10pm. Voters need to take photo ID with them.
Banbury FM will have coverage of the local results through the day on Friday.
