Male acting inappropriately on bridge as M40 rush hour traffic passes beneath

The incident happened on Monday evening
Police are investigating a report of a male acting inappropriately during Monday evening’s rush hour at the M40 junction in Banbury. He was on the bridge over the southbound carriageway at the time.
Its hoped witnesses to the incident, which happened at approximately 5.40pm, will come forward.
Officers would also like to hear from anyone with information or who may have captured the incident on their dashcam.
