Oxford Road emergency repairs after accident

There are delays in both directions on the A4260 approaching Bodicote
A Friday morning accident is the cause of long delays on the A4260 Oxford Road in Bodicote this lunchtime (Friday). The earlier incident left the road in need of emergency repairs, resulting in temporary lights being are in place at the junction with Weeping Cross.
At midday traffic into town was crawling from Adderbury. The southbound queue was back past the Bodicote flyover.
Its anticipated the repairs will be complete later this afternoon.
