Pumping problem leaves low or no water pressure for several villages

The issue was evident in some places on Tuesday morning
People in Upper Boddington, Eydon, Chipping Warden and the surrounding areas have been suffering with low or no water pressure.
A problem first became apparent in some parts of the area yesterday morning with Anglian Water reported to be fixing a pumping problem. That was expected to be completed by midday.
The issue has persisted today. In response Anglian Water sent a specialist telemetry team to one of their sites this morning with the intention of resetting a fault with the pumps.
The company said they were due on site at 10am and following that water would be pushed around the network again with taps starting to flow. The latest update notes the issue is taking “longer than expected” to resolve.
