Buses will replace trains
Weekend rail users are being warned that buses will replace trains this Sunday.
Due to engineering work the line will be closed all day between Banbury and both Bicester North and Oxford to the south and Leamington Spa to the north.
Buses will operate from the Banbury station’s Station Approach side car park, meaning the public will need to use the east side multi-storey car park for their vehicles.
An amended timetable will be in operation and services from both Chiltern and Cross Country are affected.
