Rush-hour motorway flasher at Banbury junction

The latest offence has been reported two months after a similar incident
Police are investigating reports of a male exposing himself on the bridge over the southbound M40 at Junction 11 during Wednesday’s evening rush hour.
Anyone travelling on the motorway in the area at around 5.45pm is asked to contact the force if they witnessed anything, or if they have any dashcam footage that may help officers identify the individual.

It’s not the first time such as incident has occurred. Back in April police investigated a separate report of a male “acting inappropriately” on the bridge over the M40 during the evening rush hour.
