Saint’s Cowen named Manager of the Month after promotion winning April

The club secured the position of league champions
Brackley Town’s manager Gavin Cowen has been named the National League North manager of the month for April.
It’s a fitting accolade at the end of the season which saw the Saints crowned league champions and winning promotion to the National League.
After years of the club being close, but not close enough, this year Mr Cowan oversaw a final month of the season with Brackley conceding just once in five games and refusing to give up on the title.
The icing on the cake was a 5-0 win against Farsley Celtic on the final day of the season with celebratory scenes at St James Park as promotion was secured.
