Staff assaulted at Banbury’s Lidl supermarket

Police have asked people not to share footage online
Thames Valley Police are appealing for witnesses after members of staff were subject to an assault at Banbury’s Lidl Supermarket on Spiceball Park Road.
The incident happened at around 5.30pm this Friday evening.
Officers are asking for anyone who has any information – including mobile phone footage – to contact them quoting occurrence 43240230198.
Video had been shared on social media showing an ongoing incident at the store entrance. Thames Valley Police have asked people not to share footage in this way online as they risk prejudicing an ongoing investigation.
