Teenage boy assaulted and robbed at park in Brackley

Some of the stolen items were later recovered in a damaged state

A teenage boy has been assaulted and robbed at Zip Wire Park in Brackley.

The incident occurred between 4pm and 5pm last Wednesday (May 21).

The boy was assaulted.   Whilst he managed to get away, his bike, bag and football were stolen.   The bike and bag were subsequently recovered, but the bag and its contents were damaged.

The offender was a white teenage boy with blond hair in a buzz cut style and wearing a light blue Nike tracksuit.

Officers from Northamptonshire Police would like to speak to anyone who may have witnessed the incident in the park on the Banbury Road, or anyone with information which could help identify the offender.
