Tobacco stolen from Banbury convenience store

The man snatched the items as he was being served

Police investigators in Banbury are looking for a man who snatched two tobacco pouches from the hand of a shop assistant as he was being served in a Banbury shop.   He then fled the store.

The burglary took place at the Co-Op on Ruscote Arcade at around 7.50pm last Friday (January 31).

The individual is described as a black male, approximately 6ft tall.   He was wearing a black coat with the hood up, light cargo trousers and black trainers with a white trim.

Anyone who can help with information should contact police on 101.
