Unused offices could become 3-single person flats

The ground floor shop would be unaffected
Another property on Banbury High Street could be partially converted for residential use as the offices above the ground floor shop are empty.
Cherwell District Council has received a change of use planning application to convert the 2 floors above the Savers shop into 3 flats designed for single people.
The public have until June 13 to comment on the idea.
The property, which is next to the Greggs outlet, was purchased by the current owner in July last year.
Similar work has already been undertaken on other High Street properties.
