Vehicle seized after dangerous driving in Banbury High Street

The vehicle was impounded under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act
Police have seized a vehicle which had been seen being driven in a dangerous manner in Banbury High Street. At the time of the offence officers were unable to stop the car due to the speed at which it was being driven.
Yesterday the same officers located the vehicle and it was impounded under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act.
A warning notice had previously been issued for the vehicle for being involved in anti-social behaviour. This will now continue for another twelve months.
